  1. 1. I suppose that each and every students has high expectations to their teachers that is why I believe that it is required for a teacher to enter the classroom with their utmost knowledge and mastery on the subject they will teach. Thus, the teacher should maximize the time in enabling the students to learn and add understanding to their changing environment.
My philosophy in teaching is to be able to supply my learners’ needs by knowing what they should learn first. By being able to do that I suppose would make them to easily understand the succeeding lessons. I would also consider how my learners would be able to learn or understand the lessons easily. By knowing the right learning strategies to use I believe would make learning more fun and light especially to kids. By making the learners feel that they could easily comprehend and understand the lessons would boost their confidence and self esteem. In relation to that, learners’ dedication, perseverance and hard work will also rise to the occasion.

    2. By maintaining to be open-minded and optimistic each day I may well be a great inspiration not only to my students but also to my family and to my community. I believe that positivity is contagious, when everyone feels positive and good, everything becomes easy and enjoyable. Today, I suppose that most people only need a positive regard from others. Sometimes, people tend to forget to tell others words such as “thank you”. For me I think that I would love to role a teacher that would always give complimentary words or actions. Therefore, it is essential for me to teach my learners how to be a act such, because I believe that they would carry out that habit which is good.

    3. A teacher does not mean that you should know everything. It is not being a show-off to your students. I assume that to be a model and intellectual teacher means being able to teach and give students the proper learning that would be beneficial to them. It is also to be able to manage the students’ different attitudes and limitations. Besides giving them the knowledge, understanding them and encouraging them to participate in class activities and recitations and to make them feel wanted inside the classroom would make the students feel that a teacher really is a model. Being a teacher requires maturity, but you should also be able to go down to their level for you to be able to know what ways or approach you should use to your students.

  2. My personal philosophy of education is *HUMANISM*. ☺
Education is not a group of classes containing a series of facts to be used on a test and then forgotten. Education is a series of tools that students use everyday in the classroom and in the real world. As a soon to be educator, I would like to make a difference and help students by the idea of education thru open classrooms and free schools. The reason I want to become an educator is to make a difference in a child’s life. I want to give back to the community in which I was raised. I want to show them that they have helped make me become what I am today. Now that I have grown and matured into a responsible young woman, I feel that my place in this world is in the classroom. I feel that the children are our future and we should teach them everything we know to the best of our abilities.

    2.) Teacher’s Roles in:
    FAMILY
    - The teacher solicits, encourage, facilitate and promote parental communication. Teachers we must not ignore, avoid and discourage the parents or guardians of our students especially when they are sharing their opinion and thoughts. They must be invited, consulted and encourage to communicate for the sake of their children and your students growth. As member of their families they expect that their input and opinions will be heard and responded to by the educator. Communicating and corresponding with parents can be challenging, time consuming and frustrating but it is well worth the effort. This will results in increased parental support for school's initiatives and programs as well as more positive student attitudes, improved test scores and grades.

    SCHOOL
    - The teacher is the yardstick that measures the achievements and aspirations of the nation. Teachers primary duty is to understand the students, to be just, courteous, promote a spirit of enquiry, fellowship and joy in them, not to do or say anything that would undermine their personality, not to exploit them for personal interests and to set before them a high standard of character, discipline and personality.

    CHURCH
    - Teachers are role models, we set good examples by the words we speak and by the actions we take. God is instructing us to look at what our brothers and sisters do outside the church and we are here to spread the Gospel. We must help our students to build their own spiritual life. We are here to guide them. We must have living connection to Jesus Christ always.
“We know that you are a teacher come from God” (John 3:2)”.

    STATE
    - As teachers it shall be our primary duty to set an example in citizenship, to endeavor to promote the public good, to uphold the dignity of our calling on all occasions, to size up the demands and aspiration of the society, to be dynamic leaders when required and to be ideal followers when desired.

3.) We need to think better if we are to become better teachers. The students of today are wiser. They exactly knew if the teacher came to the class well prepared or not. We should know how to fight in a battle. Being prepared is the best weapon in this fight. We must study our lessons first and understand it so it would be easier for us to impart our knowledge regarding that topic to the students. Simply by doing what’s good and avoiding all the bad things will explain how morally good you are as a teacher and as a person. Be careful of your actions because your students look at you as a good example of a person living a good life. ♥

  4. 1. Formulate your own philosophy of education

Innovative =to renew or change creation of better or more effective products, processes, services, technologies, or ideas that are accepted by markets, governments, and society. Innovation differs from invention in that innovation refers to the use of a new idea or method, whereas invention refers more directly to the creation of the idea or method itself.
It prepare students for success by emphasizing their skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration. We motivate our students by creating authentic learning experiences that are grounded in core academic content and enhanced through technology.
    2. Identify your role as a teacher in relation to social institutions like family, school
    church and the state.
    School
The teacher is a dynamic force of the school. A school without teacher is just like a body without the soul, a skeleton without flesh and blood, a shadow without substance. There is no greater need for the cause of education today than the need for strong manly men and motherly women as teachers for the young. As social engineers, the teachers can socialize and humanize the young by their man-like qualities. Students are likely to build stronger relations with teachers who are friendly and supportive and will show more interest in courses taught by these teachers. Teachers that spend more time interacting and working directly with students are perceived as supportive and effective teachers. Effective teachers have been shown to invite student participation and decision making, allow humor into their classroom, and demonstrate a willingness to play.
    Family:
Teachers can let families know how they can be helpful and can ask for their assistance with specific activities. Parents can participate by preparing classroom materials, serving on a committee to select classroom equipment and materials, or sharing information about their careers or hobbies. The more involved parents are in what goes on in the classroom, the more likely they are to understand the teacher’s goals and practices.
Nobody doubts about the importance of families at every point of life span. Our parents are our first and life –long teachers. In the education part of that life span that parents and their direct and indirect involvement in the student’s education play an extremely big role in the child’s success.
    Church
A good teacher must be patient and compassionate with his or her students. One who is ill-tempered, lacking in understanding, impatient, explosive, etc., can do more harm in attempting to teach than if he or she had simply refrained. A godly teacher will love his fellowman and value the soul above all else.
    State
Teaching is the single most important profession in the world. Teachers pass on knowledge and values to children, prepare them for further education and for working life and are main contributors to good education. This most important profession however does not get the recognition it deserves. In the developed world, young people don’t want to become a teacher anymore. Gone are the days that teacher was a highly respected person. To attain the goal of universal and good education, teaching has to become an attractive profession again.
Teachers are one of the main pillars of a sound and progressive society.

  5. 3. How does a teacher show that she is an intellectual and moral model to her
    pupils\students?
Create excitement for learning. Teachers must need to learn to plan project-based curriculum that includes the explicit teaching of thinking as well as social-emotional learning of the students.
Educational wisdom is a kind of quality of good education, representing a free, harmonious, open and creative status of education. The educational wisdom is the outcome of the close integration of educational science and art. It is also the result of teachers’ long-term practice, reflections and the comprehensive expression of teachers’ capacities.
The teacher serves an exemplary function and can, as such, be construed as a representative of moral values. The promotion of a moral climate within the institution and both the active and explicit promotion of value development are part of the professionality of the teacher. Such moral and pedagogical professionality is needed to realize the broadly formative task of education in the sense of personal and community development.

  6. 1. My own Philosophy of education is that every child should receive a good quality of education. An educator must be fully equipped or prepared every time he/she enters the room. Together with him is the goal for the students to learn the lessons being taught. By using strategies that will be applicable to best teach his students. And would not hinder the child from bringing out the child’s full potential. And also possessing the qualities of a professional teacher and the values and good moral characteristics of an educator. Though this would be idealistic, but if what you do in your work is for the best side of the child, and if this would be your goal, everything would fall into its place. Being a teacher is a challenging profession, and overcoming those challenges is the greatest thing the teacher could achieve.

    family, school
    church and the state.

    2. Family - the teachers acts the second parent of a child. Helping nurture the child and moulding for a better future. The teacher takes a great part on what the student can be some day.
School – this would be the place where formal education takes place.
Church – not only in the churches values and the religion is taught, but also the instructor injects those on the lessons being held. As a role model for most pupils, these also impacts the child’s perception.
State – the teacher might be just one of the hundred professions in the world, however this it takes a huge part as the teacher is always or most of the time with the child. The teacher gives a huge influence to the students. On what the teacher gives opinion to the events on our state.
    3. A teacher is also human, cant be always the “know it all” type of person. However, the teacher must posses the quality of how a morally good teacher is and basically know what she is teaching. Use the idealistic way of teaching as a guide on how you will act as one, then when reality comes it would be easier to respond on what is being demanded. For example, the teacher was caught off guard by the student by a vague question, not knowing on what to answer, the teacher correspondingly admitting not knowing the answer but knows how to handle the situation, and would take it as a challenge to know answer the question. Open to changes and accepting mistakes.

  7. 1. I believe that a child is a unique individual who has a tremendous capacity for learning. I believe that they should be taught all the basics, while also recognizing and valuing their unique differences. But in addition to this, to help aide effective learning, they should also be nurtured with love and patience in school. My objective is that while they are learning from the knowledge that I impart, they are also encouraged to learn, and have fun discovering and learning.

    2. The Teacher’s role in the:

    Family
More than being considered as a 2nd parent in school a teacher is also a bridge between the child and the parents. She becomes a partner of the parent in rearing the child, and also serves to encourage and facilitate the direct and indirect involvement of the parent in the child’s education. Without effective collaboration between parents and teachers, problems cannot be remedied. The teacher bears the responsibility of developing a positive relationship with parents to achieve the goal of successful education (Rosenthal, D.M. (1996). Building Successful Home/School Partnerships: Strategies for Parents)

    School
The teacher is the primary instrument of an educational institution in the learning and development of a student. It is their role to (1) identify the needs of the child; (2) make the classroom an enriched learning environment; (3) assist the school management in designing a curriculum that would best address the identified needs; (4) assess the child in areas reported by the school or family; (5) and help formulate a process that can be incorporated within the school setting to aide the improvement in the academic and overall performance of the child.

    Church
A teacher stands to be a model of the student not only intellectually, but also morally. They are responsible for teaching good values by not only by word but also by example. Therefore, the teacher also becomes a sort of moral guide of the students.

    State
As Spiderman’s Uncle Ben said, “With great power comes great responsibility.” A teacher is very powerful, in the sense that has a large influence on the lives of her students. She affects them by what she teaches and how nurtures them. And this effect can determine how and what the child will be while and when he grows up. Therefore, it is her role to help develop individuals that would be good citizens and good leaders of society when they grow up.

    3. A teacher can show that she is an intellectual and moral role model to her students by showing she values learning by providing quality education and also living the good values that she teaches.

  10. 1. Formulate your own philosophy of education.

My philosophy in education is for the students to learn not only the lectures a teacher taught them in school but how these learnings shaped them into a better person throughout his/her life. There are a lot of people who became very successful in life eventhough they received very little in education that's because they believed that having a very good education is not an assurance that you'll be successful in life especially if you're not persistent in achieving your goals.

    2. Identify your role as a teacher in relation to social institutions like family, school
    church and the state.

Since teachers are considered second parents, my role to the family of my students is as a coordinator, to keep in close relation to their parents, to inform them of the student's status in school so that any weakness or problem can be addressed and to emphazise the importance of parents' involvement in the learning process of their children.

In school, my role should be as a facilitator of learning, a mentor, lecturer, evaluator. Since a teacher is expected to impart different knowledge and skills to their student, he/she must be able to effectively use the different principles and methods of teaching so students may learn at the same time teaching them how to become an effective member of the society later on.

Being a good example morally, by displaying and teaching the students what is morally right and wrong would make a teacher part of what the church wants people to be, a God and Law-abiding citizens.

And for the state, to be a contributor, to help the government by producing top-notched students who are willing to work in the government and serve the public.

    3. How does a teacher show that she is an intellectual and moral model to her
    pupils\students?

A teacher who always come to the class prepared in whatever she/he has to do to her class will give her/his students the impression that she/he is performing her/his duties as a school teacher and that she/he has the mastery of the subject/s that is about to be teach.A teacher must always be prepared to answer any querries by the student/s as correct as possible and can politely decline to answer if he/she is unsure of the answers.

Morally speaking, a teacher at all times should not display any inappropriate or undesirable behavior whether in school or in public for tradition dictates that a teacher should possess good moral character to effectively help their students become morally upright individuals as they grow.

  11. 1. My own Philosophy of Education
During the study of the teaching profession. From the teacher and the classmates sharing and the information and the knowledge I got from reference materials I construction my own philosophy of education. The mission of education is to impart the knowledge, capacity and the proper and active value of the life. Not only the basic skills is enough but also to form a good habit for living and study. To develop the body, the mind and the spirit. To train the scientific thought and altitude when they dealing with affair. Let them have the concept of responsibility, the meaning of life, the goal.
2.The role as a teacher in relation to social institutions
    Family
The student will study not just at school but family also. So the family education is as important as in campus. But how to teach the children well it's the problem. The good communicate between teacher and parents is a effective method to deal with. Encourage, facilitate and promote the parental communication is what the teacher prefer to do. The more situation information the parents know, the more coordinate the teacher will have.
    School
Simply speaking, the school is constructed with students and teachers. The teacher is the window to convey the students and the school. The school vision and mission need to fulfill by our teacher and the the students' suggestion should express to the teacher. So the best status should always be kept. And understand them, promote just, courteous, enquirity spirit.
    Church
The teacher is a guidance for the student to build the moral and their own spiritual life. God is instructing us to look at what our brothers and sisters do outside the church and we are here to spread the Gospel. We are living connection to Jesus Christ always.
    The state
Teachers are perceived to be very important and respected in the world because they sets moral standard, be the paragons of virtue, play a active role in disciplining, praising boosts the self confidence for the children. The children is the future of the state. Teacher is in a essential role to build our state.
    3. How does a teacher show that she is an intellectual and moral model to her
    pupils\students?
In my opinion, as a teacher the broad and profound knowledge should be kept is the basically requirement. Definitely it's not mean the teacher must contain everything in the world, but to have the attitude for keep learning and teach the way to study continuous. Also the teacher should keep in touch with the students, keep a well moral standard, to be active toward difficult and as the model to the students.

  12. 1. Formulate your own philosophy of education.
A philosophy is simply a set of ideas that define what you believe about something. The word "philosophy" can be loosely be substituted for the word "opinion" , and vice versa. My idea about education is that children come to live in this world, their time is very limited. Each person will live in this world for about 80 years. Therefore, we should let them come to this world happily and leave this world happily. Education is to make them happy. Since the development of the society, we should teach people how to live and how to enjoy life. Working is only part of our life. Therefore, education includes not only helping people to become intellectually wise, but also teaching them to enjoy their daily life, such as how to cook, how to dress themselves, how to have fun and how to deal with the problems around them. Since they live in this society, they should enjoy something wonderful of the present. Just as American educator John Dewey said. “Education is the reliving of today, education is not for the mere preparation for the future. In fact, in my opinion, education is to teach people how to successfully enjoy his period of time in his existence.

    2. Identify your role as a teacher in relation to social institutions like family, school Church and the state.
My role as a teacher is quite different from the roles of the social institutions. For example, as the society, they need to teach the student certain rules of the society, for example, traffic rules, everybody must obey the rules, otherwise the whole society will be in a mess. As for the church, they are going to teach children what is right and what is wrong. They teach moral standards, they also pass on the religious ideas to young people, and in fact, they want to control people’s mind, to certain extent. For the role of the family, they are the children’s financial supporters, and they help their children grow in every possible way, physically, mentally, cognitively, emotionally and economically. But for teachers, we are responsible for teaching a particular subject. In a way, our subjects are very narrow. It covers only one area, not all. For example, if I teach English to children, I only teach them how to read, how to speak, how to do the tests and so on. Normally, there is nothing moral lessons involved unless we have got some lessons dealing with the moral topics. In my understanding, teachers’ roles are very limited. We can’t change the society quickly. We can’t change the parents, we can’t change much about the environment, but we can little by little help change the students’ mind.

    3. How does a teacher show that she is an intellectual and moral model to herpupils\ students?
The notion of an intellectual and moral sensibility brings reason and emotion together. The idea of sensibility underlines the importance of the way in which teachers think and act, rather than solely what they say or do. If a teacher wants to show her students whether he or she is an intellectual, he or she should show the clear evidence, for example, by talking about history, you can tell the students in details about history. By talking about medicine, you can tell the students what medicines are good for heart, etc. Very often, students may raise questions to us. If we can quickly answer their questions, and we can make ourselves understood, students will be happy. That will also show how much we understand the knowledge. Moral things are actually handed down from the older generations. Our parents and grandparents used to teach us what is wrong and what is right. Through lots of learning, we know what we should do and what we should not do. By observing the laws and rules of the society, we are already showing our students the right actions. Therefore, as a teacher, our behaviors actually indicating the models for our students. We should constantly watch ourselves in front of our students. We should show them the positive sides but not the negative sides of the society and even ourselves.
